The company has taken the necessary steps to formalize its operations, being registered with the Government of Nepal Ministry of Industry Office of the Company Register, as well as with the Department of Cottage and Small Industries in Kaski, Nepal. Himshree KC Group, a part of PSA Industries and Trading P Ltd, stands as a testament to the vision and leadership of a group of highly qualified, experienced, and successful businessmen and engineers in the Kaski region, particularly in Pokhara.

The industrial footprint of Himshree KC Group is substantial, covering an expansive area of 15 ropani (equivalent to 7500 square meters). The infrastructure includes a well-equipped office building complemented by a workshop shed spanning 1200 square meters. The core competencies of the group extend across the entire lifecycle of hydro-mechanical equipment for hydropower projects. This encompasses a comprehensive range of activities, from design and manufacturing to testing, supply, installation, and commissioning.

The specific hydro-mechanical equipment produced by Himshree KC Group includes a variety of essential components for hydropower projects such as headrace pipes, penstock pipes, bends, expansion joints, manholes, saddle plates, bellmouths, bifurcations, reducers, gates, stop-logs with driving systems, trash racks, and steel liners. The company also extends its capabilities to broader construction projects, including the fabrication and installation of towers, poles, transmission lines, truss bridges, steel structures, sheds, and more.

The completion of the Mardi Khola Small Hydro Power Project, boasting a capacity of 4.8MW, stands as a testament to the company's proficiency in harnessing natural resources for the greater good. KC Group is conglomerate consisting of Hydropower, Construction, FMCG, Banking & Financial Sector, and Real Estate Sector. One of its main industrial section is located at Pokhara Industrial Estate, Pokhara, Nepal and was registered with Government of Nepal Ministry of Industry Office of the Company Register and also Registered with Department of Cottage and Small Industries, Kaski, Nepal.

Himshree KC Group of PSA Industries and Trading P Ltd is founded by a group of Qualified , Experienced & Success Businessman and Engineers in Kaski, Pokhara, Nepal. The area of the company itself is 15 ropani(7500 sq m) and an office building with 1200 sq m workshop shed. We Design, Manufacture, Testing, Supply, Installation & Commissioning of the hydro mechanical equipments of the hydro power projects Headrace pipe, Penstock Pipe, Bends, Expansion Joint, Manhole, Saddle plate, Bellmouth, Bifurcation, Reducer, Gate & Stoplog with driving system, Trashrack, Steel liner including Tower, Poles, Transmission Line, Truss Bridge, Steel Structure, Shed etc.

KC Constructions is owned by the KC group of Companies, a conglomerate involved in the manufacture of food, hydropower, insurance, education , Construction and banking sector. KC group established Himshree Foods in 1981, the producer of a popular instant white noodle ‘RARA’, whose popularity has not faded despite strong competition from other Noodle Brand.

Currently, the food processing company also manufactures brown instant noodles and other snacks. Additionally, in 1998, KC Group also founded Machhapuchchhre Bank, the first commercial bank of Nepal based in the western region of the country. Almost two decades later, the group further entered the insurance business in 2017 having major stake of Sun Nepal Life Insurance.

Starting from 2005, KC Group has made extensive investments in the hydropower sector. The 4.8 MW Mardi Khola Hydro Project of KC Group came into operation in 2010. Other than this, the group currently operates a 1 MW Task Hydropower project and 4.5 MW Bijaypur-I Hydro Power Project. The undertaking of hydropower projects is a key milestone in the group’s business journey. The group has invested over NRs 2 billion in the 13 MW Sikles hydro project that has already started commercial production. Besides, the construction work of Upper Mardi 7 MW has also started generation of electricity since September 2019. The group has upcoming projects such as Bijaypur-II 4.5 MW, Jhyamolongma 32MW, and Upper Seti Hydro Project 20 MW in the pipeline.
